What you will do

• Identify and automate manual, repetitive operational workflows across the company
• Design, build, and maintain lightweight internal services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Integrate systems across finance, sales, legal, and customer support
• Analyze operational data to prioritize high-leverage improvements
• Reduce administrative overhead through robust system design
• Own operational systems from initial design through deployment and monitoring

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping real systems
• Proven experience building automations or internal tools using Python and SQL
• Ability to work with APIs and design for scalability and maintainability
• Strong business intuition regarding operational costs, speed, and scale
• Extreme ownership, agency, and comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
