What you will do

• Partner with Finance and HR stakeholders to map and prioritize workflows for AI agent automation.
• Design and operate Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers to enable AI agents to interact with corporate ERP and HRIS systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations between AI agents and SaaS platforms like NetSuite, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Build proprietary agent libraries, prompting strategies, and benchmarking frameworks.
• Translate complex business processes into clear technical specifications for production-ready AI solutions.
• Provide technical documentation and training for non-technical teams to facilitate AI tool adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year in AI/ML-powered applications.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP or HRIS platforms like NetSuite, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Ability to translate business requirements from Finance or HR into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in Corporate IT, Business Systems, or IT Business Partner roles.
• Familiarity with financial controls, SOX compliance, or internal audit processes.
• Fluency in French or Spanish.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
