What you will do

• Redesign operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Design and build internal tools, automations, and workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a small team focused on process and tools.
• Work with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to align systems and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, process improvement, automation, or similar roles.
• Experience leading process transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applications.
• Fluent English required

Nice to have

• Basic programming skills (Python or similar).
• Experience in introducing IA in operational environments.
