What you will do

• Build and ship automation workflows in n8n that connect tools, data, and AI models.
• Design, operate, and improve the automation layer connecting various business systems.
• Implement error handling, logging, and alerting to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Ensure AI output consistency while maintaining security and compliance standards.
• Define best practices for internal tool usage and automation sustainability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business units to translate needs into production-ready automations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in automation, internal tools, or operations-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools.
• Fluent English language skills required.
• Must be within +1/-4 UTC time zone.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows.
• Basic proficiency in JavaScript or Python.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL for data querying.
• Experience with RAG concepts and structured/unstructured data.
• Exposure to SaaS ecosystem tools like Slack, Zendesk, or Hubspot.
• Experience with alternative automation tools like Zapier or Make.
