What you will do

• Design and execute internal AI adoption programs, including hackathons and enablement tracks.
• Establish ROI frameworks and metrics to measure productivity gains, cycle time reduction, and business impact.
• Define governance guardrails, ensuring security, data privacy, and compliance in all AI-driven workflows.
• Scale the Automation team from 2 to 15+ members in 2026, owning hiring and organizational design.
• Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to identify and implement high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Act as an internal consultant and evangelist, driving organizational change and storytelling around modern AI-driven ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading managers and individual contributors in high-growth environments.
• Technical fluency in AI concepts and hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms like hirify.global.
• Strong background in governance, including security, data privacy, and vendor risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive ROI-focused initiatives and influence executive stakeholders without formal authority.
• English proficiency: Required as the official company language.
• Right to work: Must hold valid working rights in one of the listed European countries or be eligible for visa sponsorship to Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments at a similar growth stage.
• Engineering background with capability to discuss architecture and technical design.
• Experience running innovation programs, hackathons, or internal enablement initiatives.
