What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to articulate the platform's value proposition and strategy to technical stakeholders.
• Own the technical customer engagement process to close complex opportunities through advanced technical expertise.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and market landscape.
• Enhance technical documentation, write blog posts, and create enablement materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the NYC, NY office
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or solutions consulting.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Direct experience writing prompts and working with GPT models.
• Ability to connect customer-specific problems to technical product solutions.
