Compensation: $120,000–$145,000

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and standardizing automated processes.
  • Own the GTM tech stack including DealHub, Gong, and Outreach, ensuring seamless integrations.
  • Design and deploy sales territories for Account Executive and SDR teams based on market potential.
  • Partner with GTM strategy teams to perform market sizing and identify high-ROI healthcare verticals.
  • Collaborate with vendors to enrich CRM data with firmographic and contact signals.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in GTM systems and automation.
  • Proven track record of managing Salesforce administration, reporting, and integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience in BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience creating architecture and process flow documentation.
  • Ability to work from the Chelsea office in New York.

  • Experience in a high-growth software company.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data vendors (e.g., Trella, Komodo Health).
