TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver office three days a week.

What you will do
- Analyze marketing responsiveness and overall business performance to guide strategic decision-making.
- Develop industry-leading models to measure the impact of marketing investments and strategies.
- Communicate complex data insights and opportunities to executive stakeholders and internal teams.
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to evaluate marketing spend efficiency.
- Integrate multi-source event data with customer insights from surveys and app stores.
- Support BI and reporting needs for the global Marketing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
- Proven track record of building Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and measurement techniques.
- Proficiency with SQL and strong coding capabilities in Python.
- Knowledge of experimental design, statistics, and econometric modeling.
- Familiarity with BI tools, data pipeline orchestration, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to interpret complex data themes and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
