TL;DR

Manager, Data Science (Marketing Analytics): Analyzing marketing responsiveness and business performance across a global portfolio of brands with an accent on marketing mix modeling, econometric analysis, and experimental design. Focus on building reporting infrastructure, driving actionable insights through A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize marketing investments.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver office three days a week.

What you will do

  • Analyze marketing responsiveness and overall business performance to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Develop industry-leading models to measure the impact of marketing investments and strategies.
  • Communicate complex data insights and opportunities to executive stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to evaluate marketing spend efficiency.
  • Integrate multi-source event data with customer insights from surveys and app stores.
  • Support BI and reporting needs for the global Marketing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
  • Proven track record of building Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and measurement techniques.
  • Proficiency with SQL and strong coding capabilities in Python.
  • Knowledge of experimental design, statistics, and econometric modeling.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, data pipeline orchestration, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to interpret complex data themes and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
