What you will do

• Define and document an integrated end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead cross-functional annual and quarterly planning cycles to ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Direct the Technical Program Management (TPM) organization to execute critical, high-impact multi-team initiatives.
• Operationalize innovation frameworks to balance long-term bets with immediate delivery requirements.
• Drive AI workforce enablement and manage the vendor and tooling stack for the Product-Tech organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or TPM within high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational transformations and annual planning processes.
• Strong systems thinking skills with experience designing complex operating models.
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite executives and SVPs to drive organizational alignment.
• Deep interest and experience in AI workforce enablement and modernizing developer/PM experiences.
