What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain complex cloud-based and hybrid voice systems.
• Lead the integration of telephony platforms like NICE CXone, RingCentral, and Genesys with internal CRMs and workflow tools.
• Optimize call flows, IVRs, and routing logic to improve contact center performance.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on troubleshooting for voice quality and system interoperability.
• Manage vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Develop automation scripts to enhance voice workflows and system monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in telephony engineering or voice infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with platforms like NICE CXone, RingCentral, or Genesys.
• Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), PBX systems, and contact center technologies.
• Experience with system integration via APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with high availability and scalability requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Twilio, Zoom Phone, Five9, or Talkdesk.
