What you will do

• Negotiate and manage ISP contracts, SLAs, and peering agreements.
• Design and optimize multi-ISP connectivity for redundancy and performance.
• Configure and audit enterprise firewalls to ensure network security.
• Maintain BGP routing policies and traffic engineering mechanisms.
• Monitor WAN performance metrics and proactively resolve connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to align network strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in WAN, ISP connectivity, or external networking.
• Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience with ISP peering and multi-homing architectures.
• Proficiency in firewall management (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco ASA).
• English proficiency required; French is a plus.
• Must be based in the Paris region for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of network automation using Ansible or Python.
• Experience with fiber optics, DWDM, and carrier-grade hardware.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Wireshark.
