Product Design Intern (Consumer App)

TL;DR

Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the West Hollywood office (Los Angeles, CA)

What you will do

• Collaborate with designers on new product development for a global brand.
• Create wireframes, flowcharts, high-fidelity UI mockups, and prototypes.
• Participate in design sprints alongside Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Data Science.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design strategy.
• Design and maintain components for the official design system.
• Present work in design critiques and contribute to cross-functional reviews.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in a university/college program studying Design, Product Design, UX, or HCI.
• Experience with product design, UI design, or UX design.
• Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie, Adobe XD).
• Ability to iterate quickly and work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
• Must be able to collaborate in-office three times per week in West Hollywood.
