What you will do

• Collaborate with the CTO to build and ship V1 product capabilities from the ground up.
• Define and establish the foundational frontend system architecture and technology standards.
• Drive user experience design decisions to ensure an intuitive and efficient platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
• Contribute directly to the technical and product roadmap in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend-focused software engineering.
• Proven track record of zero-to-one product development and building systems from scratch.
• Deep commitment to delivering exceptional user-facing experiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in the ambiguity and fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the tech stack: TypeScript, React, Go, gRPC, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• Previous experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
• Background in building or deploying applied AI products.
