What you will do

• Drive a product roadmap and deliver projects to achieve short-term and long-term vision of the product.
• Provide the right metrics to measure risk and providing meaningful feedback to our data and our technology.
• Develop vision and goals for the new launch programs and guide own and related teams toward a common mission.
• Develop innovative, scalable solutions that push the boundaries of technology to sustain our systems by analyzing and reviewing risk and issue related data.
• Lead operations with data teams in their ability to develop and execute action plans that increase quality and user experience.
• Effectively manage requirements and prioritization for all requests received by internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Japanese and English, with exceptional communication skills across diverse, multinational environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management, program management or engineering with a proven track record of execution.
• Experience owning or driving roadmap, strategy and definition.
• Experience of E2E product delivery
• Strong leadership capabilities, able to inspire and manage teams in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Nice to have

• Machine learning, artificial intelligence, feature engineering, model lifecycle management and deployment.
• Data assets, data governance, storage, and sharing.
• Experience managing technical products or data services.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new products.
• Experience in using analytical tech stack, such as SQL, Python.
