What you will do

• Lead marketing, sales, and localization strategies to acquire and retain new customers.
• Drive the design and implementation of services covering hotels, transport, and activity packages.
• Collaborate with global marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Evangelize products through stakeholder presentations and conference appearances in APAC and other regions.
• Recruit and mentor junior and middle-level product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or program management experience.
• Deep travel or hotel industry expertise.
• Fluent in Japanese (N1 proficiency).
• English proficiency: TOEIC 800+ required with ability to present in English.
• Strong background in e-commerce product management and KPI formulation.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
