Senior Product Manager - Product Management Section, EC Marketplace Development Department (ECMPD)

What you will do

• Clarify business and system requirements and define specifications for the hirify.global Ichiba platform.
• Set the direction for product evolution using market conditions, KPIs, and feedback from shoppers and merchants.
• Create the product evolution roadmap and manage the backlog.
• Lead large-scale projects by aligning stakeholders across business, creative, product, and development teams.
• Coordinate and unite multiple Product Development Managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Plan and launch improvements for hirify.global Ichiba, the company’s core business.

Requirements

• Experience in product management within the internet services field.
• Experience analyzing and improving KPIs to drive product growth.
• At least 3 years of experience defining requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale projects involving multiple departments.
• Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, decision-making, and execution skills.
• English: TOEIC score of 800 or above; Japanese: fluent proficiency required.

• Experience maximizing user experience and conducting market, customer, or data analysis.
• Engineering experience in the internet services field.
• Fundamental knowledge of e-commerce.
• Experience developing AI products.
