What you will do
- Partner with design and engineering to evolve shared components and patterns for consistent high-quality experiences.
- Lead accessibility initiatives to exceed standards and embed inclusive design principles into product development.
- Manage compliance, governance, and policy standards for accessibility and communication systems.
- Build processes that ensure accessibility and design standards are easily adopted, measured, and maintained.
- Define success criteria for experimentation to enable high-integrity learning across the organization.
- Serve as a platform leader, communicating roadmaps and trade-offs to product teams and executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or enablement roles.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional systems that support multiple product teams.
- Technical fluency with design systems, accessibility initiatives, or UX platforms.
- Ability to translate between complex engineering details and business value.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and design teams.
- Strong systems-oriented mindset and focus on scalable, maintainable infrastructure.
