What you will do

• Write, maintain, and evolve policy guidance and FAQ documentation for user safety and community integrity.
• Manage the Policy team’s priorities to address novel policy issues and improve enforcement quality.
• Collaborate with Moderation, Product, and Data teams to monitor enforcement trends and identify policy ambiguity.
• Track policy implementation using data dashboards, project updates, and audits.
• Develop scalable processes for version control and cross-functional visibility of policy standards.
• Analyze enforcement data to measure policy effectiveness and drive continuous iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, program management, or compliance at a global tech company.
• Proven ability to translate complex policy concepts into actionable operational guidance.
• Strong background in using SQL, Looker, or Tableau for data-driven policy improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, product, or AI governance teams.
• Deep understanding of scaled content moderation operations and quality assurance metrics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City.
