TL;DR

Content Moderation Specialist: Reviewing publicly facing content on hirify.global to ensure safety and adherence to guidelines, community standards, and policies with an accent on quality management and data analysis. Focus on policy development, issue identification, and collaboration with vendor teams to maintain content integrity.

Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week in Los Angeles

Salary: $35.09-$52.4 hourly which is $58240-$108995 yearly for a full-time employee

What you will do

  • Review content submissions for adherence to recommendation guidelines and product requirements.
  • Drive quality management activities and conduct regular quality audits.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and drive solutions for new issues.
  • Develop policy guidance, tool updates, and escalation pathways.
  • Manage moderation and product initiatives with tight deadlines.
  • Advise Snap teams on current content trends, considering cultural nuances.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Great judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with policy enforcement and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analytics skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Passion for hirify.global and online safety.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Flexible work-hours and weekends availability.

Nice to have

  • Additional language skills.
  • Experience in content moderation, program management, or related role.
  • Experience in online safety at a technology company.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking software.
