What you will do

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align on product strategy, goals, and initiatives.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed, prioritized user stories with clear success criteria.
• Manage the team backlog to ensure sprint readiness and sustainable, predictable delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the engineering team for day-to-day queries and clarifications.
• Work across Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Design, and Brand teams to implement solutions.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Compliance domain and regulatory standards.
• Experience working with Agile development teams and managing backlogs.
• Solid technical literacy, including the ability to interpret API documentation and understand architectural trade-offs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Must be able to work from the Gibraltar, Malta, or Macedonia hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Responsible Gambling, Risk & Fraud, or AML tools.
• Product ownership certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
• Industry experience in iGaming, eCommerce, or Payments.
