What you will do

• Develop and maintain the regional product feature backlog and roadmap aligned with commercial strategy.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between product development and regional commercial teams.
• Ensure regional compliance requirements are integrated into the product planning process.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of regional initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor product KPIs and conduct market trend analysis to inform future developments.
• Support product demos and communicate roadmap updates to commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Delivery Manager working on technology-powered products.
• Proficiency in using data, research, and testing to drive product development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• English: C1 or higher proficiency required.
• Experience working within agile and distributed team environments.

Nice to have

• Previous working experience in the iGaming industry.
• Relevant technical background.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools.
• Relevant academic degree or professional qualifications.
