What you will do

• Analyze Azure usage patterns and implement cost optimization strategies like spot instances and savings plans.
• Develop and maintain cloud budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Design and maintain tagging strategies and cost allocation models for accurate reporting.
• Build actionable dashboards using Azure Cost Management and Power BI.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to align cloud spending with business objectives.
• Establish FinOps best practices and drive automation for anomaly detection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cloud financial management or dedicated FinOps roles.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, pricing models, and cost management tools.
• Proven financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and scripting with Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, global environment.
