Salary: 128,000 – 160,000 PLN

What you will do

• Support the Senior IT Category Manager in delivering global software category plans and strategies.
• Manage key supplier relationships, including negotiations, due diligence, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain total cost of ownership models to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Draft and interpret complex software contracts across cross-functional teams.
• Track category performance metrics, policy compliance, and procurement process improvements.
• Collaborate with budget owners and functional stakeholders to execute major category initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience in the IT area, specifically software.
• Proven experience in both strategic and operational procurement and category strategy execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at senior leadership levels.
• Track record of achieving cost control and risk mitigation objectives.
