What you will do

• Play a key role in engineering decisions, working closely with the founders.
• Design, build, and ship product features from end to end, many of which will be built on LLMs.
• Optimize the ranking of profile results and add new filters or data sources to the search engine.
• Delight users within the first five minutes of signing up to hirify.global.
• Fine-tune models to extract relevant insights and build feedback loops for improving search queries.

Requirements

• Proven experience building something from scratch (a startup, project, or feature).
• Enjoy taking ownership of projects and working hard.
• Hands-on approach, ability to move fast and learn by building.
• Demonstrated excellence in education, work experiences, or personal projects.
• Experience with the core stack including Next.js and AWS.
