What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive event and field marketing strategy, including owned events and partner collaborations.
• Design creative, on-brand experiences ranging from large conferences to intimate executive dinners.
• Partner with Growth and Sales teams to drive pipeline impact and measure event performance/ROI.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Travel to support major events, executive programs, and key field initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or GTM roles
• Proven history of managing complex, large-scale events and six- to seven-figure budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Excellent aesthetic sense and experience design capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
• Background in B2B SaaS, devtools, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience developing programs tailored specifically to enterprise executive decision-makers.
