Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 OTE (including base and commission)

What you will do
- Conduct targeted lead generation and outreach within the insurance and financial sectors.
- Qualify prospects based on needs and pain points to ensure alignment with AI solutions.
- Develop and execute creative multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling and social selling.
- Manage and maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with founders and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and provide customer feedback.
- Contribute to the foundation of the sales organization and market positioning.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales or business development within B2B, SaaS, or tech startups.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and prioritize outreach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective prospect engagement.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Willingness to take high ownership in shaping sales processes.
- Strong motivation, goal-orientation, and persistence in outreach efforts.
