What you will do

• Architect and deliver new features for the core web-based patient and clinician rehab platform.
• Develop robust backend APIs and data models to support frontend and mobile integrations.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agent workflows to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on product vision and data reporting/analysis strategies.
• Maintain a high-quality engineering culture through thoughtful code reviews and documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Argentina or Brazil
• 5+ years of full-time, full-stack web application development experience.
• Strong backend development skills using frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Django, or Node.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of networking, web APIs, and database principles.
• Proven ability to take technical ownership in an early-stage, fast-paced startup.
