What you will do

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct interactive training sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development.
• Facilitate onboarding support for enrollment specialists to ensure high-quality patient guidance.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive coaching.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain training documentation and report outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional role, preferably in healthcare or customer service.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with a proven track record of improving team performance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners in a virtual environment via Zoom.

Nice to have

• Experience in patient enrollment or healthcare onboarding.
