What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve consistent revenue growth through new logo acquisition.
  • Manage complex, concurrent enterprise sales cycles from discovery to closure.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments to influence key decision-makers and business owners.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing to refine deal strategy and pipeline generation.
  • Articulate complex technical value to both technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with channel partners and key influencers within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven record of revenue growth.
  • Proven expertise in solution selling for disruptive data infrastructure or similar enterprise software products.
  • Deep understanding of the modern data landscape, including ETL, BI, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage at the CXO and line-of-business leadership levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Must be eligible to work within the United States.
