What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic business priorities into technical roadmaps.
• Own the architecture, scalability, and operational health of the Salesforce platform.
• Manage complex integrations connecting Salesforce with finance, legal, and customer support systems.
• Drive the evolution of automated B2B workflows, including CPQ and revenue operations.
• Champion engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and platform governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and ecosystem best practices.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise integrations and B2B workflows.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices including release management and observability.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing stakeholder priorities and make effective architectural trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills for managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce integrations involving NetSuite, Ironclad, or similar enterprise tools.
• Familiarity with designing integrations across finance, legal, and compliance systems.
• Experience working within highly integrated business system environments.
