What you will do
- Plan and execute the deinstallation of network devices and equipment from closing offices.
- Coordinate with network specialists to design and implement infrastructure for new office spaces.
- Manage server room setups and ensure technical room capacity meets operational requirements.
- Oversee physical site inspections, technical assessments, and facility migration activities.
- Ensure operational readiness by updating CMDB, service catalogs, and decommissioning legacy assets.
- Coordinate migration tasks across cross-functional teams including network, security, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management.
- Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure migration projects.
- Expertise in network infrastructure design, data centers, and server room implementation.
- Strong understanding of physical security and cybersecurity requirements for facilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CCNA, or CCNP.
- Experience in financial services environments.
- Knowledge of Polish and European data protection regulations.
- Experience with telephony, collaboration systems, and ITSM tools.
- Proficiency in additional Nordic languages.
