Expert Services Engineer (Telecommunications)

Expert Services Engineer (Telecommunications): Leading the introduction of new Broadband Access and Aggregation products, including SDX-OLT and Mosaic Cloud Platform, into internal and external services teams with an accent on technical enablement and customer-centric feature validation. Focus on driving product usability, coordinating early customer demos, and acting as the primary technical bridge between R&D, product management, and global support teams.

Location: Hybrid work (presence in the office in Gdynia, Poland required 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Introduce new features for Broadband Access products to internal and external teams.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between Engineering, Product Management, and Services departments.
• Enable global services teams through technical training and documentation.
• Coordinate and support early customer demonstrations and trials.
• Ensure feature readiness and maintainability throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Contribute to release project teams and verify defect fixes with PSS and R&D.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in telecoms technology.
• Strong expertise in hirify.global Access & Aggregation products.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel worldwide for training and customer support.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Technical degree in Electronics or Telecommunication preferred.
