What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business growth targets and cost-competitive sourcing.
• Lead and coordinate matrix teams comprising commercial, technical, and legal experts.
• Manage partner and key suppliers as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Conduct competitive tenders and negotiations to achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies and ISO standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Category Management or Sourcing within an international industrial sector.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the procurement of engineering services is a must-have.
• Fluent in both English and Polish (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a data-driven approach to procurement.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
