TL;DR
Senior Technical Application Consultant (Fintech): Delivering high-quality technical services to clients, ensuring operational processes meet expectations and goals with an accent on service delivery, problem resolution, and efficiency maximization. Focus on continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Location: Hybrid - 2 days in the office in Warsaw, 3 days remote. Occasional remote work across Poland and international options available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year - subject to internal policy).

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end technical application services aligned with SLAs and business goals.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define service delivery goals.
- Monitor service delivery performance and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Resolve escalated issues quickly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and service outcomes.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of operating complex applications on Windows servers.
- Experience working with complex technical problems.
- Experience within the financial investment world.
- Good communication & organization skills.
- Well-developed analytical skills and structured work habits.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a time-sensitive setting.
