What you will do

• Collaborate on concepting and ideation to shape the consumer journey and experience.
• Develop designs through mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D layouts, and material palettes.
• Create environmental graphics, scenic elements, and merchandising details.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication and quality execution.
• Present work to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Travel occasionally for site visits or installs (1–3x per year).

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in SketchUp as a primary tool
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and inventive thinking
• Ability to work in a remote setting across Pacific and Mountain time zones

• Rendering skills
• Multidisciplinary abilities in graphic design or animation
• Illustration skills
