What you will do

• Collaborate on concepting and ideation to shape the consumer journey and experience.
• Develop designs through mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D layouts, and material palettes.
• Create environmental graphics, scenic elements, and merchandising details that bring spaces to life.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication, quality execution, and smooth delivery.
• Present work to clients and teammates, incorporating feedback and occasionally traveling for site visits or installs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be available for work aligned with Pacific and Mountain time zones.
• Proficiency in SketchUp as a primary design tool.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamentals, attention to detail, and high-level conceptual execution.

Nice to have

• Rendering skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Multidisciplinary abilities in graphic design or animation.
