What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for an extensive contract portfolio, including ACO REACH, PC Flex, MSSP, MA, Commercial and CCF agreements.
- Partner directly with practices to ensure successful contract onboarding and ongoing compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for practice level contracting questions and resolution.
- Collaborate with practices to identify and resolve barriers to contract performance and participation.
- Act as the SME of the Explorer market with all relevant groups such as Payer Networks, SPP, Withdrawal, Legal, and Growth teams.
- Lead collaborations efforts to establish predictability to enable scalability.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university in healthcare, health technology or information systems-related programs, or significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted.
- 6+ years of experience with relevant experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in contract management and healthcare operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of management experience or mentorship.
- Project management certification or demonstrated competency.
- Experience with ACO models and value-based care contracts.
- Healthcare practice management experience.
- Data analysis and process improvement skills.
