What you will do
- Develop and execute creative audience expansion strategies including webinars, newsletters, and content marketing.
- Manage SEO and PPC efforts to drive high-quality traffic to digital directories and event platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from conceptualization to performance analysis.
- Use web analytics and data segmentation tools to identify growth prospects and optimize conversion rates.
- Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within a small internal marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Content, and Digital teams to ensure campaign consistency.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC and SEO.
- Proven track record in audience development and multi-channel campaign management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua) and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
- English: C1+ proficiency required for stakeholder management and international collaboration.
- Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and able to work from the Amsterdam office.
Nice to have
- Experience with data segmentation tools like Treasure Data and CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prior experience in a matrixed international organization.
