What you will do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar to ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and onsite support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and sales to generate pipeline and drive engagement.
• Implement event plans covering timelines, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to best practices and template creation to ensure scalability of event programs.
• Measure event success through lead capture, reporting, and ROI analysis.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in event or field marketing.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Flexibility to travel up to 75% across the EMEA region.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM (Salesforce) or event management platforms (Cvent).

Nice to have

• Experience with project management software like Asana.
• Previous exposure to AI-driven tools for content localization and adaptation.
