Focus on delivering sales campaigns, maintaining accurate reporting in Salesforce, and strengthening customer relationships through deep understanding of business strategy.

Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China

What you will do

  • Generate new business leads via cold calling, industry events, and market research.
  • Manage end-to-end sales campaigns for integrated packages, sponsorship, and advertising.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through strategic cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer data and pipeline information within Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with Event Operations teams to ensure successful handover of client requirements.
  • Support finance departments in managing account escalations and debt resolution.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in government affairs or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
  • Strong background in B2B solution sales including data, media, and events.
  • Proven ability in new business development and cold calling.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.

Nice to have

  • Background in digital and B2B marketing.
  • Practical experience in content marketing and SEO knowledge.
  • Proven ability to act as an informal mentor to junior team members.
