What you will do

• Write engaging, platform-native captions to drive audience interaction.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Capture and produce behind-the-scenes content on set.
• Manage community interactions, including comments and DMs to build active relationships.
• Analyze performance data to refine content strategy and reporting.
• Perform basic video editing for social cut-downs and compilations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in London.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or creators.
• Strong understanding of short-form video performance and platform trends.
• Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content streams.
