What you will do
- Lead and deliver the hirify.global UK social media and social commerce strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Podcast.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Social Media team, setting clear goals and ways of working.
- Lead social commerce and live shopping activity across Meta and TikTok Shop, balancing brand, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
- Build partnerships with Digital Trading, Performance Marketing, Marketing, Broadcast, and Brand teams to support growth, revenue, and innovation.
- Take ownership of social budgets, performance reporting, and insights, using data to inform strategy, optimization, and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading social media and social commerce activity in a commercial environment, with hands‑on experience of paid social and analytics.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including leading and developing teams of three or more.
- Experience with social platforms, social commerce models, and livestream shopping.
- A commercial mindset with experience meeting engagement, growth, and revenue‑based goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to turn insight into clear action.
