What you will do

• Own end-to-end post-production workflows including scheduling, version control, and final delivery.
• Design and maintain operational systems, templates, and QA standards for project pipelines.
• Manage the post team through workload allocation, 1:1 meetings, and performance reviews.
• Define and track team KPIs to ensure delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability.
• Oversee technical infrastructure, including render farm requirements, licensing, and storage management.
• Maintain budget control, manage freelance spend, and report on project costs and variances.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in London
• Proven experience leading post-production operations in an agency or studio environment
• Strong familiarity with VFX pipelines and high-volume versioning workflows
• Demonstrated experience in people management, feedback, and performance development
• Proficiency in workflow design and establishing operational structures
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving

Nice to have

• Experience with render farm planning and post-production infrastructure
• Background in scaling teams during periods of growth
• Knowledge of licensing compliance and cost management practices
