What you will do

• Own end-to-end production across shoots, edits, and content delivery.
• Manage production schedules, shoot logistics, talent, locations, and budgets.
• Brief and coordinate across the creative team, including editors, videographers, designers, and motion designers.
• Work closely with creative strategy and growth to ensure content is on brief and delivered on time.
• Source and manage freelancers, creators, and production partners as needed.
• Build and maintain production workflows, asset management systems, and approval processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of production experience in a social-first, content, or creative environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of social content formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience briefing and managing creative talent.
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a calm head under pressure.
• Budget management experience.
