• Produce performance-driven video content tailored for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Develop multiple creative variations to enable rapid testing and scaling of campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content in studio, office, and on-location settings.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a consistent creative pipeline.
• Track content performance and iterate based on insights to drive engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form video content from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of paid social formats across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Must be able to work on-site in London 4 days per week.
• Confident shooting high-quality footage on mobile with solid technical fundamentals.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on results.
