What you will do
- Own the end-to-end editing process for performance-driven video content across multiple platforms.
- Produce variations, cut-downs, and hooks optimized for specific audiences and channels.
- Apply advanced techniques including color grading, sound mixing, captioning, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with creative and growth teams to translate performance insights into effective assets.
- Transform sensitive or complex healthcare topics into human-centered visual stories.
- Manage and organize video assets to ensure efficient reuse and future scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first and performance-focused work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of video performance on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to interpret data to iterate and improve content performance.
- Strong storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for pacing and composition.
