What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end editing process for performance-driven video content across multiple platforms.
  • Produce variations, cut-downs, and hooks optimized for specific audiences and channels.
  • Apply advanced techniques including color grading, sound mixing, captioning, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with creative and growth teams to translate performance insights into effective assets.
  • Transform sensitive or complex healthcare topics into human-centered visual stories.
  • Manage and organize video assets to ensure efficient reuse and future scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first and performance-focused work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of video performance on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ability to interpret data to iterate and improve content performance.
  • Strong storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for pacing and composition.
