What you will do
- Own the regional field marketing strategy in partnership with sales leadership.
- Design and execute regional programs, including conferences, roundtables, and VIP dinners.
- Build repeatable program frameworks and scalable playbooks for the broader team.
- Manage a regional marketing budget with accountability for ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance and marketing-sourced revenue in Salesforce.
- Identify gaps and drive improvements to processes and tooling.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing (SaaS or high-growth tech preferred).
- Track record of building and executing regional marketing programs that impact pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets with clear accountability for performance.
- Strong strategic instincts with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
- Deep fluency partnering with sales teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent MAP/CRM tools.
