What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed sales targets.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and drive accountability through consistent pipeline management and deal inspection.
- Provide strategic direction and negotiation support for high-value enterprise sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to foster skills development and effective value-based selling techniques.
- Analyze team performance and market opportunities to implement data-driven growth plans.
- Recruit and onboard new sales hires to ensure rapid productivity and ramp-up.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of SaaS sales experience with at least 1+ years in a frontline management or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams closing enterprise or upper mid-market deals.
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in MarTech or analytics.
- Operational rigor and proficiency in Salesforce and sales productivity tools like Gong or Outreach.
- Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term team scaling strategies.
- Must have experience working in a high-velocity sales environment with a monthly or quarterly quota.
