What you will do
- Drive business outcomes for enterprise customers by managing integrated SEO analytics and research workflows.
- Lead customer implementations and integrations, ensuring the platform meets specific business requirements.
- Provide proactive day-to-day engagement to maximize platform value and support account renewals.
- Train and engage various divisions within large client organizations to ensure consistent platform adoption.
- Configure the platform to support advanced AI-driven use cases in a changing search landscape.
- Facilitate customer sessions with structured agendas and follow-up to address technical SEO needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple enterprise customer accounts.
- Proven ability to perform discovery of business goals and drive technology adoption.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex software integrations.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience with web analytics platforms, specifically Adobe Analytics.
