TL;DR

VP of Marketing (AI): Building and scaling a modern, AI-native marketing engine with an accent on enterprise GTM, pipeline growth, and category storytelling. Location: Remote (United States) or based in the Bay Area, CA.

Salary: $250,000–$325,000 (Base) + Bonus + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead an AI-first, data-driven marketing strategy across enterprise demand generation and PLG lifecycles.
  • Build a predictable pipeline engine aligned with complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Partner with Sales to define ICPs, ABM strategy, and pipeline targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization and modern marketing tech stack.
  • Represent the brand externally through thought leadership, analyst relations, and flagship events.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with senior leadership in AI, data, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing at high-growth companies (Series B–D).
  • Strong expertise in enterprise demand generation and PLG.
  • Deep understanding of AI market growth and inbound strategies.
  • Metrics-driven leadership with executive presence.
  • Experience marketing to technical personas is strongly preferred.
